  1. Maximum loan amount is 3 times your savings @ 1% per month reducing balance
  2. A member qualifies for a loan after saving for six consecutive months
  3. The loan must be fully guaranteed a shilling for a shilling.
  4. No loans processing fees
  5. Loan refinancing considered only after prepayment of at least 70% of existing loan
  6. Loans may be restructured in the case of permanent illness/accidents destroying major income    earning assets
  7. 1-3 days loan processing period
  8. Loans repayment period is as below:
    • Below 50, 000-maximum of 2 years
    • Between 50, 001 to 499,999-maximum of 3 years
    • Between 500, 000 to 999,999-maximum of 4 years
    • Above 1, 000, 000-maximum of 5 years
